Terms and Conditions

1. Offer open to residents of NI and ROI aged 18+ excluding employees and their families of the participating stores, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. However, the staff of participating stores may enter the promotion if they have spent £10 in a store other than the store they work for.
2. One entry form is issued when spending £10 or more in participating stores throughout Derry City Centre, while stocks last. (A list of participating stores can be viewed at www.festivetime.com)
3. To enter the draw, make a purchase of £10 or more in a participating store, ask in store or the promotional staff located throughout the City centre for an entry form, complete your details and return to the sales assistant or a member of the uniformed promotional team.
4. All completed entry forms will be collected twice over the promotional period when six winners will be chosen at random. Entries for the 1st draw close at 1pm on uesday13th Dec. Any entries received after this time will be processed in the next draw. This first draw will take place at 9.30am on Wednesday14th December and winners will be contacted by telephone or email soon after. The second draw will close at 1pm 19th Dec with the draw taking place on Tuesday 20th December 2011 at 9.30am. All winners will be contacted soon after this time. If after 28 working days from the draw, we have been unable to gain contact with a winner a substitute winner will be drawn and the previous winner will have no right to the prize that was previously awarded to them. A final catchall draw will take place on Tuesday 20th December after 4.00pm.
5. Entrants MUST KEEP THEIR TILL RECIEPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE TO CLAIM THEIR PRIZE and present this along with a valid ID.
6. A final catchall draw on Tuesday 20th December at 4.00pm and will involve all the unsuccessful entries. The winner drawn will win £200 worth of vouchers to use in the participating stores throughout the city. A list of participating stores is available at www.festivetime.com.
7. The prize for the first two draws is a £100 voucher (made up of 4 x £20 vouchers & 2 x £10 vouchers to be redeemed at participating stores within the City Centre. The prize for the final catchall draw is £200 worth of vouchers made up from 8 x £20 & 4 x £10 vouchers. No change will be given on these vouchers. Prizes are to be taken as stated and there are no alternatives in either cash or kind, in whole or in part.
8. Each draw that takes place will see 6 winners being chosen at random, under independent supervision. Winners will be contacted by telephone or e-mail within 7 working days of the draw and will be required to produce the evidence of their purchase (using the transaction number from the till receipt). In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the promoter within 28 days of such notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
9. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. For names and counties of winners please send a self addressed envelope to Spirit Marketing Group, 3rd Floor, The Potthouse Building, 1, Hill Street, Belfast BT1 2LB after 29th February 2012
10. Illegible, incomplete, defaced entries will not be accepted.
11. The names of all winners may be used in publicity materials. Prize winners may be required to participate in publicity photography.
12. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion at any time due to circumstance outside its control.
